Buying Tickets

Join the growing number of Pinoys in Australia avoiding the hassle on getting their concert tickets of their favourite artists without delay and will be first in the queue for new show releases direct from the promoter's ticket coffer.  

Step 1 - Find an Event
There are several ways to find one of the many events on the Pinoy Tiketek website:

Home page
Browse through the website and clicking the "Flyer or concert Title" will bring you to the event information.  
Search
Type in a keyword (artist or event name, etc) in the Search field and click 'Enter'. 
Pinoy Tiketek Newsletter
Make sure you sign in or register with Pinoy Tiketek and opt-in to receive monthly newsletters to be the first with the latest Filipino Event news.
Social Media
Like Pinoy Tiketek on Facebook and join our growing community of live event fans.

Step 2 - Select Your Tickets
Once you've found the event you want, visit the Concert Menu page to buy the event tickets you after. 
click on the appropriate option to "select" the ticket category then add number of tickets at the Quantity field.  Once you have filled the ticket details and quantity, click on the "Buy Ticket" button.

You will then redirected to a Shopping Cart window with your ticket details.  You can click on the following:

  • Begin Checkout to process your order.
  • Update Quantity if you add more tickets to your order.

Note: Some concert tickets are not available for purchase at Pinoy Tiketek due to some venues have exclusive selling agreement with the promoter.  If the concert you after was not available for purchase at Pinoy Tiketek, please refer to the concert flyer for more details or follow the supplied link if available.

When you book your concert tickets with Pinoy Tiketek, you will not be able choose the location of your seat. We sell tickets and the promoter allocate the seats on the next best available seats in your chosen category at that time.  There's no different going to a store or promoter's location and will save you time from getting your concert tickets.

Please be advised that we act as a ticketing agent on behalf of the promoters. We have little or no involvement with decisions regarding seats. All seats are sold in good faith and in accordance with direction from the event promoter.


Step 3 - Checkout and Complete Ticket Purchase

  1. If you do not have a Pinoy Tiketek account, you can click on "Logon" button.  You can logon using your Facebook account saving you time for account creation. If you do not like to create an account or logon using your Facebook account, you can "Checkout as a guest" and fill in your name, email and address information then click on "Continue".  Note: Creating an account will save your details in our system so next time you purchase concert tickets, you do not need to fill them ut again ad you can go straight in placing your order and pay.
  2. Currently, there is only one option for Shipping which is a "Flat Rate per Order" using Australia Post Standard Mail.  For large ticket quantity, this will be posted at Australia Post Registered Mail.
  3. Payment will be processed securely using Secured Socket Layer (SSL) through Paypal at the system backend.  Only Visa and Mastercard is accepted.  You can also put a note if there is any special requests or instructions that you may want to convey with the show organiser. Once you have put in your credit card details, Click "Continue"
  4. Once you have verified that all details on the Order Summary, you can click on "Place Order" to process payment.

Payment through Paypal is Safe and Secured (Make sure you have Anti-Virus and updated Anti-Virus Signatures for additional security on doing online transactions).

Ticket Confirmation

Once the payment has been confirmed.  Ticket allocation will be provided by the promoter and will be posted to the Shipping Address provided via Australia Post.

Sold Out Seats

Sometimes seats get sold out by the time you purchased your concert tickets, depending on the available ticket category, your tickets will be upgraded or downgraded.  If this type of situation happens, Pinoy Tiketek will contact you first.

Fee Information

Starting 1st of April 2016, $1.00 booking fee per transaction will be charged on all ticket purchases. Event organiser may pass-through credit card charges. VISA and MASTERCARD only.
All ticket prices include GST, if applicable, and are quoted in AU$.
To get good reserve seats, buy your event tickets as soon as they become available for sale.
Tickets sold online in less than 6 days of the event can be picked up at the venue on concert date (excludes paper eTickets which get dispatch immediately to your email inbox).
