Where there is sufficient time for postage using Australia Post Express or Registered mail (i.e, a minimum of six business days) tickets will be mailed to the address supplied.

Where ticket collection is available, tickets purchased within six business days of the event will be held for collection at the venue or you can choose to pick it up at the venue on the day of the concert.
Where there is insufficient time for postage or no ticket collection facility available, tickets may still be purchased through the Pinoy Tiketek Outlets.
When you book with Pinoy Tiketek, please provide your name, address, telephone number(s) and e-mail address.  This information allows us to fulfil your ticket request, track your order and contact you if necessary regarding your booking.

Tickets can only be posted to Australian addresses.
Tickets for addresses outside Australia will only be available to collect from the event venue on the day of the performance only for Reserved Seating events, unless otherwise notified.

General Admission Events Policy
There is no refund or replacement of Lost, Stolen, Destroyed or Not Received via Post tickets. Notify the promoter for your lost ticket(s) to arrange temporary admission tickets that you can collect from the event upon identity verification. General Admission tickets purchased via our website are automatically mailed via Australian Post.

Ticket Allocation
When the ticket stock on sale online is exhausted, you will receive the following message:
"Unable to obtain the tickets you requested. The event may be sold out or the number of tickets requested are greater than the maximum remaining seats."

When all tickets to an event are sold or in the process of being sold, you will receive the above message. This will happen even if you have entered a request for just one ticket and will continue until the transaction/payment for every available ticket is complete. The site will then provide an ALLOCATION SOLD or SOLD OUT notice.

Fee Information

Starting 1st of April 2016, $1.00 booking fee per transaction will be charged on all ticket purchases. Event organiser may pass-through credit card charges. VISA and MASTERCARD only.
All ticket prices include GST, if applicable, and are quoted in AU$.
To get good reserve seats, buy your event tickets as soon as they become available for sale.
Tickets sold online in less than 6 days of the event can be picked up at the venue on concert date (excludes paper eTickets which get dispatch immediately to your email inbox).
